Integrity can manifest itself in many ways, but most importantly, within philanthropy. In order to be authentically generous, one must do the right things for the right reasons. This is how American Integrity supports the giving culture. As an organization, we work with many different charities throughout the year. For the past 10 consecutive years, we have partnered with Joshua House and Metropolitan Ministries, donating the majority of their Christmas gifts and non-perishable foods. We are incredibly proud of all that we have contributed to our community and what we will continue to do.
EMPLOYEE EVENTS
Town Halls
Held quarterly, our Town Hall meetings are an opportunity for our CEO, COO and leadership team to discuss important business matters. They are also themed, and we have cruised on the insurance seas, played baseball, visited a winter wonderland, and played many games, including Family Feud, the Price is Right, and Jeopardy!
SportsFest
AI participates annually in SportsFest, a team building blast on the beach! No athletic skill necessary, just team spirit and company pride. Registered corporate teams enjoy fun in the sun while competing in beach volleyball, dodgeball, tug-of-war, a paddleboard relay and corntoss tournaments.
Gratitude Gathering
A company favorite, our team gets together around Thanksgiving for a special Thanksgiving meal complete with all the trimmings. The best part of the day is where employees get to express their gratitude for all of the blessings in their lives, and give back to charity organizations closest to their hearts.
Holiday Party
Dinner, dancing and drinks for all employees and a guest. It’s always a night to remember!
Department Fun
Our departments hold quarterly team-only events – everything from go-carting to glass blowing to escape rooms and karaoke, our teams know how to have FUN!
