Your Profile

Go to the Find Jobs tab, choose the job that you’d like to apply for, and submit your application. You’ll then create a profile through our system, which will take you one step closer to potentially joining our team.

HR Interview

The HR team will review your application and determine if you could be a good fit. The HR interview allows us to learn more about your experience and introduce you to the position.

Assessments

Some of our positions require candidates to complete pre-employment assessments.

Hiring Team Interviews

Once we submit your profile for review, we will schedule the interview(s) accordingly.

Job Offer

If selected, you will review the offer letter and benefits through our candidate portal. We will talk about your start date and next steps.

Pre-Onboarding

Congratulations and welcome to the team! We’ll guide you in this process to make sure all of your paperwork is finalized prior to your start date.

Start Date

We’ll finalize your start date and provide you with your training schedule to successfully kick off your first day with American Integrity, where we protect homes and build careers!
