Outside Sales
Our Territory Sales Managers are responsible for increasing Residential Property sales through the cultivation of strong working relationships with our partner agents. Many of our Territory Sales Managers are on the road visiting multiple agencies and representing our company at trade association meetings and events to promote our products and organization.

Inside Sales
Our Inside Sales Specialists work closely with our partner agents to increase profitable sales through consultative sales techniques, including outbound phone calls, Zoom meetings, and training focused on increasing sales production for our agents.

Marketing
Our Marketing team plays a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company and products. This team works diligently to create engaging campaigns, manage digital marketing efforts, enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones through innovative and effective marketing strategies. There are a variety of roles in marketing at American Integrity including Market Research Analyst, Graphic Designer, and Marketing and Communications Management.

Our adjusters are experts in evaluating claims, assessing damages, and ensuring the best service and resolutions for our valued policyholders. Inside Adjusters
As part of our inside claims team, you'll investigate and evaluate claims reported on our policies to determine coverage and extent of damage in an attempt to reach an appropriate and negotiated settlement in accordance with statutory requirements, policy provisions and customary and reasonable mitigation techniques.

Field Claims Adjusters
Our Field Adjusters conduct on-site inspections to investigate and evaluate claims reported to our policies to determine coverage and extent of damage based on policy terms and conditions.

Complex Claims Adjusters
Our complex claims team investigates and evaluates complex claims reported on our policies to determine coverage and extent of damage. They often handle Intent to Litigate files and complex claims, generally those that are either represented and/or complex in nature due to value of claim or other circumstances.

Special Investigation Unit (SIU)
Our SIU team is responsible for detection, prevention, investigation, education, correction and resolution of fraud pertaining to business lines.

Claims Support
Our Claims Support team process vendor invoices, assist with securing policy information, handling of claim and general mail, dispatch, and claim settlement documents to support our Claims Operations.

Client Retention
Our Client Retention team handles policyholder inquiries and makes outbound calls to policyholders to engage in the process of identifying American Integrity products and endorsements valuable to the policyholder, with a focus on retention of current customers. They also work closely with our partner agents to increase profitable sales through consultative sales techniques and ensuring the training and dissemination of product and pricing information to retain current policyholders.
Litigation
Our in-house legal team provide legal analysis, counsel for business strategies, and ensure that our company is following all statutory requirements and regulations. Our Legal team consists of dedicated Paralegals, Litigation Specialists, Staff Counsel, and Litigation Assistants.
